LTE Tokens explained: earn, level up, and save
LTE Tokens are the app's reward currency. Here's how to earn them through daily use, how the loyalty levels work, and how to apply them toward eSIM discounts.

What are LTE Tokens?
LTE Tokens are the reward currency inside LTE.app. You earn them through normal use of the app, and you can apply them as a discount when buying eSIM plans. The more you earn, the higher your loyalty level — and the bigger your discount.
How to earn tokens
There are several ways to build up your balance:
- Daily check-ins and login streaks — open the app each day to earn. Longer streaks give bigger rewards.
- Speed tests — run a speed test from the Dashboard and earn tokens for contributing network data (requires the Analytics toggle to be on in Settings).
- Referring friends — share your 6-character referral code. When a friend buys their first plan, both of you receive tokens.
- Community activity — contributing WiFi Hub hotspot ratings earns engagement rewards.
Loyalty levels
Your lifetime token earnings determine your loyalty level:

| Level 3 | 5,000+ | 5% off every eSIM |
Loyalty discounts stack on top of your Pro (7%) or Premium (12%) membership discount.
Earning faster as a Pro or Premium member
Your subscription tier applies a multiplier to everything you earn:
- Free: Standard rate (1×)
- Pro: 1.1× — earn 10% more tokens on everything
- Premium: 1.25× — earn 25% more tokens on everything
Referral milestone bonuses
Refer enough friends and you unlock one-time milestone bonuses:

Referrals must remain active for 21 days before they count toward milestones.
Token Market (Premium)
Premium members can buy and sell LTE Tokens with other users on the Token Market — a peer-to-peer trading platform built into the app. If you've accumulated a large balance, you can sell surplus tokens to other users at competitive rates.
More than a token
LTE Tokens aren't a speculative coin — they're proof of useful behavior. When you run a speed test, your phone contributes a real measurement to the network coverage map other travelers rely on. When you help a stranded traveler get online, your Helper Score goes up and the contribution is recorded.
