Terms of Service

By purchasing an eSIM or using any LTE.app service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. eSIM services are not available in all countries. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.

LTE.app provides digital eSIM plans that enable data connectivity in supported countries. Plans are purchased and activated through the LTE.app mobile application or website. eSIMs are non-transferable and tied to a single compatible device. You are responsible for verifying that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. LTE.app is not responsible for purchases made on incompatible devices. Plan validity begins upon activation or first network connection, not at the time of purchase.

eSIM plans may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase if less than 10% of the data has been consumed. Once an eSIM has been activated and significant data used, refunds are at LTE.app's sole discretion. To request a refund, contact support@lte.app with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You agree not to use LTE.app services for: • Unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities • Circumventing network restrictions or access controls • Reselling or redistributing purchased eSIM plans without authorization • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law LTE.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS from LTE.app, including order confirmations, data usage alerts, and security codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not required to purchase eSIMs. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

LTE.app collects minimal data necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy at lte.app/privacy for full details.

All content, trademarks, and materials on LTE.app are owned by or licensed to LTE.app. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

LTE.app provides connectivity services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific speeds, coverage, or uptime. LTE.app is not liable for: • Service interruptions caused by third-party carriers • Loss of data or business resulting from connectivity issues • Incompatibility between an eSIM and a device or network • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages LTE.app's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific plan in question.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of LTE.app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where provided.
